01An invitation you cannot apply for

Most casino loyalty schemes publish a points table: wager this much, reach that tier, collect these perks. Rooster Bet does not. Membership of the VIP Club is by invitation only, and the operator states that its VIP managers select candidates on loyalty, activity level and overall contribution to the casino. There is no threshold to hit, no progress bar, and no application form — if you meet whatever criteria the team is using, an invitation arrives.

That is a design choice with two consequences. The honest one is that it lets the operator match rewards to individual accounts rather than to a formula. The less flattering one is that a player has no way to evaluate the offer before committing, because the benefits are described qualitatively and the numbers behind them are never published. I say so plainly here for the same reason I said it in the headline Rooster Bet analysis: an unpublished threshold is not a benefit, it is an unknown.

02From a standard account to a VIP one

What is documented is the shape of the journey rather than its milestones. These are the stages an account passes through, using only what the operator itself describes.

OpenStage 1Standard account, public promos and reloads
CashbackStage 2Loyalty programme: 20% daily, 10% weekly
InviteStage 3Selected on loyalty, activity and contribution
ManagerStage 4Named VIP contact, email and WhatsApp
LimitsStage 5Raised deposit, betting and cashout ceilings

The loyalty programme at stage two is open to everyone and is the part most players will actually experience. It advertises 20% daily cashback and 10% weekly cashback, which sounds generous until you read what the bonus policy does to it — which is the subject of the next section.

03The cashback arithmetic nobody puts on the banner

Under the operator's bonus policy, cashback and cash rewards are treated as bonuses unless stated otherwise. Two conditions follow from that, and both are material.

20%
advertised daily cashback rate
10%
advertised weekly cashback rate
10×
wagering applied to cashback
10×
cap on what cashback can pay out

First, cashback carries a 10× wagering requirement unless a specific promotion says otherwise. Receive A$100 back and you owe A$1,000 of turnover before it becomes withdrawable. That is a quarter of the welcome bonus multiplier, so it is comparatively mild, but it is not the "money back" the wording implies.

Second, and more importantly, the maximum win or withdrawable amount from cashback is capped at 10× the cashback amount, and the terms state that the cap remains active after wagering is completed. If you clear a A$100 cashback and run it to A$4,000, you can withdraw A$1,000. Keep playing without withdrawing and the funds stay bonus-derived and stay capped, regardless of how large the balance grows.

Withdraw cashback winnings promptly

Because the 10× ceiling survives the wagering being met, letting a cleared cashback balance ride is a decision to play above your own withdrawal limit. Clear it, withdraw to the cap, then deposit fresh cash if you want to keep going.

04What membership actually delivers

The operator lists eight benefits on its VIP page. Read as a group, three of them change the mathematics of an account and five change the experience of using it.

Personal VIP account manager. A named contact who handles queries, transactions and promotion questions directly rather than through general support. In practice this is the benefit members value most, because it collapses a support queue into a message thread.

Daily, weekly and monthly cashback at higher percentages. The headline economic benefit. The rates above the standard 20%/10% are not published, and the 10× wagering and 10× withdrawal cap still apply unless a member's terms say otherwise.

Higher and faster cashouts. Larger withdrawal ceilings and expedited processing. For an account winning at scale this is worth more than an extra percentage point of cashback.

Raised deposit and betting limits. The ceiling on stakes and funding lifts, which is what makes the sportsbook usable at volume — a point I return to in the context of higher sportsbook stakes.

VIP tournaments, exclusive promotions, game tips and gifts. Invite-only leaderboards with larger prize pools, member-only offers, curated notes on new releases and jackpot opportunities, and occasional physical gifts. Pleasant, but not the reason to accept an invitation.

How the club is contacted

The VIP team publishes an email address, [email protected], and a WhatsApp channel, alongside a contact form on the VIP page. Membership itself remains by invitation — the contact route is for existing members and enquiries, not an application.

05Should you play toward an invitation?

No, and I would say that about any invite-only scheme with unpublished thresholds. Playing more in order to be noticed is precisely the behaviour these programmes are built to encourage, and the expected cost of the extra turnover exceeds the expected value of the reward for every recreational bankroll I have modelled.

The sensible posture is the reverse: play the volume you were always going to play, take the standard loyalty cashback as a small rebate, and treat an invitation — if it arrives — as a bonus on activity you had already decided on. If it never arrives, you have lost nothing, because the public offers are the ones with published numbers. Those are laid out in full under the standard promo ladder.

And if the invitation does arrive, negotiate. A named account manager exists partly to keep valuable accounts happy, and cashback percentages, withdrawal ceilings and bonus terms in that conversation are more flexible than the public ones. Ask for the terms in writing before you change how you play.

06Frequently asked questions

How do I join the Rooster Bet VIP Club?

You cannot apply. Membership is by invitation only, with VIP managers selecting candidates based on loyalty, activity level and overall contribution to the casino. Meeting the criteria produces a personalised invitation.

What cashback do standard accounts get?

The loyalty programme advertises 20% daily and 10% weekly cashback. Both are treated as bonuses under the operator's bonus policy, carrying 10× wagering and a maximum withdrawal capped at 10× the cashback amount.

Does the cashback cap disappear once I finish wagering?

No. The terms state that the maximum win and withdrawable limit remain active after wagering is completed. Continuing to play without withdrawing keeps the funds bonus-derived and keeps the cap in force.

What do VIP members actually receive?

A personal account manager, higher cashback percentages on daily, weekly and monthly cycles, faster and larger withdrawals, raised deposit and betting limits, invite-only tournaments, exclusive promotions, game tips and occasional gifts.

Are the VIP thresholds published anywhere?

No. Unlike tiered programmes with points tables, Rooster Bet publishes no qualification figures, and the enhanced cashback percentages for members are not disclosed publicly either.

How do I contact the VIP team?

By email at [email protected], through the WhatsApp channel linked on the VIP page, or via the contact form on that page. General account issues still go through 24/7 live chat or [email protected].

I have spent the past nine years testing offshore casinos from an Australian bank account — funding them, clearing wagering, filing withdrawals and timing how long the money really takes. Every figure on this site is copied from the operator’s own terms or measured during testing, never from a press release, and I say plainly when a rule works against the player.
